Six & Seven focuses on making sustainable investments in private equity,
small and medium enterprises in the Netherlands as well as the
development of real estate projects. It typically invest €15m as direct
investments or as co-investor with other families or private equity firms
Key Business Objective:
Six & Seven wished to benefit from the liquidity potential for an investment
commitment in a private equity fund (2/3) and co-investment stake (1/3)

Disposed €10m single private equity limited partnership interest and co-
investment stake in June 2016

Advised on strategic options, optimal sale strategy and then managed
discreet auction process including production of
marketing materials and support on legals. Also advised on key negotiations
with transaction counterparties and advisors
Outcome:
Valery Capital closed the transaction at a price exceeding initial target
allowing the seller to release a large capital gain
